As General Manager Doug maintains constant oversight of all cleaning partnerships and clients in Guelph, Cambridge, Milton, Kitchener and Waterloo. He has over 40 years of experience with ServiceMaster. Doug has worked his way up to General Manager starting as a crew member and understands the aspects and nature of the service industry. His priority remains providing top quality service at a competitive price with complete customer satisfaction. Doug has spear-headed the company growth and built many strong and lasting client relations. Doug is WSIB phase 2 certified and hosts the regular joint health and safety committee meetings.

Margaret is the friendly face behind our Helpdesk, directing and ensuring all customer communication and on-site service is properly and effectively coordinated. As Human Resource Manager Margaret controls communication, employee and facility operations and oversees all training and updating.  She has helped to create a professional and well-trained team for customer benefit and company quality.

Kimberly leads an experienced and dedicated team of Supervisors who work together to ensure all of our clients in Guelph, Cambridge, Milton, Kitchener and Waterloo receive the best janitoral service possible. Kim is actively involved in hiring the best possible candidates to join our team. Kim helps to train new crew members in accordance with ServiceMaster Contract Services high standards. As our Customer Service Representative Kimberly takes a personal and genuine interest in providing customer satisfaction. She can often be seen onsite making sure that that her cleaning crews are well equipped with all of the knowledge, tools and supplies necessary to keep our clients locations looking their best!

Velvet supervises the crews that service our clients in the Cambridge area. She works with her crew of cleaners to complete all jobs in accordance with our clients specifications and ServiceMaster's high standards. Velvet supports her cleaning crew making sure that they have all supplies and equipment required at each location

Canadian Contribution

Over the years, Canada has made several contributions to ServiceMaster Clean operations internationally. A program initially known as Spotlight was launched in 1973 and is the father of modern carpet care maintenance methods. It consisted primarily of the concept of spot cleaning, complemented by less frequent deeper cleaning procedures.

Additionally, Canada pioneered the sale of franchises by service line. This concept promoted greater expertise and knowledge in each service line.
